Vertical farming is the next step in agriculture: Instead of in the field, our microgreens and cress grow in multiple tiers on natural substrates – under ideal conditions. No rain, no frost, no pest risk. Instead, controlled LED light, precise nutrient supply, and consistent quality – completely without herbicides and pesticides.
And the best part: Our Chef Greens grow where they are needed – directly in the city, close to the best kitchens. This ensures maximum freshness, short delivery routes, and significantly less CO₂.
