A farm, a restaurant, a concept with an ethos. And a team that understands responsibility not as a buzzword \u2013 but as a matter of course.

Much of what is cooked comes from their own farm or from trusted local producers. Animal welfare, vegetable diversity, artisanal processing \u2013 these are not just claims here. It’s everyday life. <\/strong><\/p>

The dishes at Markthof are clear, but never cold. Reduced, but never empty.
Whether braised beef cheek, pumpkin variation with lovage oil<\/strong> or char fillet with apple and kohlrabi<\/strong> \u2013 here, dishes are not composed, but curated.
Every ingredient has a reason. Every texture has an intention. <\/strong><\/p>

What stands out: the courage for tranquility. No superfluous crunches. No dust traces on the plate. Instead: freshness, acidity, bitterness, umami.
