Vitamin snack with cottage cheese and microgreens Rioja radish

How it works:

  1. Season the cottage cheese with salt, pepper and paprika powder and then spread on the crispbread.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and arrange on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle the cottage crispbread with plenty of Herbeus Micro Greens Rioja radishes.

 

What you need for two people:

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • a pinch of paprika powder
  • 60 g cucumber
  • 4 slices of crispbread
  • 1 cup Herbeus Micro Greens Rioja radish
