Our new Micro Leaves product line are delicious innovations as quick-to-eat convenience products. HERBEUS Micro Leaves are strong, vitamin-rich, flavorful young leaves. A touch more mature than Micro Greens and slightly smaller than Baby Leaves. They are cut shortly after the first leaves have developed and packed in practical resealable hinged trays for particularly fresh and quick processing.
Radishes in a red and green duo, the others single-variety. Micro Leaves as a highlight for drinks, a must-have for fine dining.
