We, the Tagetes Micro Greens, are also known as: Tagetes cress, Tagetes sprouts, citrus cress, apple cress and dessert cress. The Herbeus cresses come from Raasdorf in Marchfeld.

Tagetes give fine desserts and fish dishes that special touch and ensure a balanced flavor. We generally like to accompany seafood, poultry, fruit and vanilla.

Tagetes grow all year round in the Herbeus vertical indoor farm in Marchfeld, very close to Vienna.

Our summer tip: Try us as infused water or in Pink Hugo for a flavor boost or refine your fruity desserts with us, e.g. with coconut or mango mochi ice cream.
