Power salad with microgreens und microleaves
How it works:
Arrange the Micro Greens, Micro Leaves and the bell bell pepper strips in a bowl. For the dressing, mix the walnut oil with the vinegar, agave syrup, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and marinate the salad. The salad can also be refined with nuts.

What you need for 3 people:
- 1 cup Herbeus Micro Greens Radish Daikon
- 1 cup Herbeus Micro Greens Radish Rioja
- 1 pack of Herbeus Micro Leaves Sunflower
- 1/2 red bell bell pepper cut into strips
- 4 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp fruity vinegar e.g. pear vinegar
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
