Spicy Smoothie with microgreens
Here’s how it works:
Roughly chop the baby spinach and parsley. Puree the Herbeus Micro Leaves cucumber together with all the other ingredients in a powerful blender and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, garnish with the Herbeus Micro Leaves Sunflower and enjoy.

- 50 g Herbeus Micro Leaves Cucumber
- 50 g baby spinach, ready to cook
- 15 g chopped parsley, ready to cook
- 200 g low-fat yoghurt
- 300 ml milk or a plant-based drink of your choice
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- salt
- pepper
